The feel of the place

A beach island with village life, limestone scenery and boat trips to Emerald Cave.

Koh Mook combines sandy shores with a village where fishing and everyday island life remain visible. Stay near the village for food and local services, or near Charlie Beach for beach time and sunsets. Boat outings reach Emerald Cave and nearby islands when conditions and access allow. The cave requires a guided swim or float through a dark passage; it is optional, and seasonal park access must be checked separately from accommodation and transfers.

Keep in mind

The main stay areas are separated, and beach conditions vary with tides. Boat outings and cave access need separate planning.

Temperatures are historical average daytime highs, not the highest temperatures you might experience. Rainfall and rainy days are monthly averages, not a forecast. A rainy day need not mean rain all day.

Stay prices are relative to each destination’s usual rates. Holidays can bring extra crowds and higher prices. Sea conditions vary by beach and day; check local conditions before boat trips.
